Disclaimer
What the writing, frameworks, and figures on this site are, and what they are not. Read this once before treating anything you find here as a basis for a decision.
Informational only
The essays, frameworks, vocabulary, case studies, and references on this site are published for general information. They reflect the operator's experience, opinion, and best understanding at the time of writing. They are not professional, legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or psychological advice. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your specific situation.
Decisions based on what you read here are your own.
No consulting relationship
Reading this site, downloading anything from it, subscribing to the newsletter, or booking a no-pitch consultation call does not create a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and The Crow's Signal.
A relationship begins only when both parties sign a written engagement that states the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee. Until that document exists and is countersigned, no engagement is in effect, regardless of how detailed any prior conversation has been.
No guaranteed outcomes
Past results described on this site are real, but they are specific. Examples that appear in the writing or on the work pages, including:
- a California personal-injury law firm growing from 12 to 219 signed cases per month, with $17M in revenue and 18.6x return on $650K+ of managed ad spend,
- $6.3M helped raise in 10 days from a single webinar and email sequence,
- 5,000+ accredited investor leads across 19 sponsor systems, contributing to more than $80M in capital raised,
describe specific engagements with specific operating teams, in specific markets, at specific moments. They are not promises, projections, or implied guarantees of similar results in your situation. Your inputs, market, team, and timing are not theirs.
The Crow's Signal does not guarantee specific revenue lift, specific lead volume, specific adoption rates, specific time savings, or any other outcome from reading this site, from any conversation that follows from it, or from any engagement that may follow from those conversations.
Forward-looking statements and opinions
Where this site discusses what is likely to happen in markets, in AI adoption, or in business operations, those statements are opinion. They are not predictions you should rely on. They may be wrong. They will change as the underlying conditions change.
Third-party content and links
Links from this site to third-party content are provided as references. The Crow's Signal does not control those sites, has not verified their content, and does not endorse them. We are not responsible for what they publish, what they collect, or how they change.
Quoting another source on this site is not an endorsement of every position that source has taken.
Trade-press writing
Articles published in third-party trade publications (for example, Attorney at Work or other outlets) are governed by those publications' own editorial policies. Editorial changes made by those outlets may differ from the operator's preferred wording. Where there is a difference between content here and content at a publisher, the version at the publisher is the version that publication chose to print.
Errors and omissions
We aim for accuracy. This site is a living document; some statements will be wrong, become wrong with time, or be incomplete. If you find an error, please report it: [email protected]. Corrections will be made and the Last updated stamp on the affected page will be moved.
No warranty
This site is provided "as is." We make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the site is at your own risk. The full liability framing is in the Terms of Service.
Jurisdictional notes
This site is operated from Kazakhstan, and these disclaimers are read together with the governing-law clause in the Terms of Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of the disclaimers above. Where that is the case, the disclaimer is limited to the maximum extent the local law allows, and the rest of this page continues to apply.
